Abstract: On the morning of September 11, 2018, the “Northeast Asia Overseas Investment Commercial Compliance Practice Seminar (Beijing)” was successfully held. The conference was co-sponsored by the Asia Foundation and the Beijing Rongzhi Corporate Social Responsibility Research Institute. The meeting discussed the content, implementation and future trends of anti-corruption compliance laws and regulations in Northeast Asian countries such as the Korean Foreign Bribery Prevention Law, the Mongolian Anti-Corruption Law and the Chinese Anti-Unfair Competition Law. In the anti-corruption and anti-commercial bribery field of compliance risk management system and practice results, and from the multi-dimensional perspectives of enterprises, law firms, experts and scholars, research institutions, and discuss the overseas investment business compliance under the new pattern of global management practice.

I hope that this seminar will be a Northeast Asia by sharing the business compliance risk management system and practice cases of three countries in Northeast Asia.
